PENSACOLA, THE MARATHON IS BACK!

We're excited to officially announce the 2027 Pensacola Bay Marathon & Relay, coming November 13–14, 2027!

From the team at RunPensacola.com, this is something we've been looking forward to sharing with our running community.

The new marathon will feature a multi-loop course around the Chappie James Bridge, offering 26.2 miles of Pensacola Bay views and a race layout that opens the door for some exciting relay options.

In addition to the full marathon, we're developing several team relay formats, including a tag-back-in relay that will allow runners to complete multiple legs throughout the race.

One of the things we're most excited about is the spectator experience. With the multi-loop layout, friends and family will have multiple opportunities to see their runners, cheer them on, and be part of the event.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but we're excited about what we're building and what this event can become for Pensacola.

Registration will open soon, and we'll be sharing more details about the course, relay options, and race weekend as we get closer.

November 13–14, 2027. Put it on your calendar!
