Advancing how physiotherapists assess runners and improve their performance.
Science, technology & education behind @runreadyco

Inside RunReady, Toronto.

We brought together physiotherapists from across Toronto for an educational workshop and live demonstration of the RunReady system and platform.

From movement assessments and running scores to footwear recommendations and personalized exercise programs, we walked through how everything connects in one platform, helping physiotherapists better understand runners and know what to recommend next.

Thanks to everyone who came out, asked questions and shared their perspectives.

Introducing RunReady Pro.

Behind every @RunReadyco assessment is the science and technology that helps us better understand runners and how they move.

RunReady Pro brings together physiotherapy, movement science and footwear research to develop the tools and technology behind RunReady.

At the centre is the RunReady tech platform, built for physiotherapists to assess how runners move, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and provide personalized footwear and exercise recommendations.

Follow along as we share the research, ideas and development shaping RunReady and what we’re working on next. by @runreadypro
