Impact beyond the finish line.

The spirit of JBG SHHM doesn’t stop at medals and milestones. It extends into classrooms, playgrounds and young minds.

This year, thanks to the generosity of our running community, Satara Runners Foundation has donated 10 Gyan-key & Fit-key kits to schools across Satara with the guidance of Pradeep Lokhande, in addition to the sports equipments provided to the 8 schools with the support from India Cares Foundation.

The first installation was completed on Thursday, 20th November 2025, bringing smiles, stories, and sport to where they matter the most; to children aged 7 to 13.
Approximately a total of 5000 kids' lives have been impacted and this was all possible only because of you all.

🧠 Gyan-key is a classroom library designed to build reading, writing, listening, and thinking habits, nurturing imagination and confidence in regional languages.
⚽ Fit-key brings simple but effective sports equipment to help children stay active, alert, and healthy.

Together, they create a powerful foundation for mental and physical wellbeing, making learning fun, fitness habitual, and childhood joyful.

This is what going Back to Roots truly means.
