Ok.. let’s talk

It’s been a while since I have done a video where I speak about how my body is feeling in the process of training for my first #halfmarathon

Been feeling discouraged and lack of motivation. It was hard for me to go out today but I’m glad i did.

Recording clips for this particular video felt therapeutic
Guess i needed that.

HOW ARE U GUYS HANDLING WITH YOUR OWN JOURNEY?

Lemme know in the comments, I’d glad to read you

Ok today ain’t about running!
It’s about #hotd @houseofthedragonhbo @hbomaxes

Can we please have a conversation where we all agree Emma D’Arcy acted the F out! I can’t even find words to describe what i felt

I’m still in shock!
