Silver Medal 🥈 at the 2025 Canadian Track Championships 🇨🇦

Not too shabby for the new kid. Got lots to learn but as long as God keeps giving me the legs and the drive I’m here for it. Massive gratitude to everyone who helped me out this weekend ( you know who you are ) 🙏

@angelamaciocia thanks babe for supporting me on this crazy new journey.
Love you 💛 by @runthe7

Was able to pull off a win at the Quebec Provincial TT Championships yesterday by the grace of God after a major mechanical issue forced me to race the final 6k into a brutal headwind while stuck in a very “unpleasant” gear ( 52/12 for my cycling friends ).
I prayed hard, kept my head down and just grinded out probably the most painful 10 minutes I’ve ever experienced on the bike. God is still in the mountain moving business 🙏🙏

God gave me a great ride. Silver Medal 🥈 at the 2024 Canadian Masters TT Championships 🇨🇦 in Victoria BC. Moved up one box from my Bronze 🥉last year.

Massive gratefulness for all my training partners this past year, specifically @k8_sandy and my Zwift Racing Team HTFU , with @ehaney17 for getting me crazy fit.

Special thanks to @davelo.ca and @coleguest for getting my rig race ready complete with an epic reconn ride. Appreciate you dog.

Biggest props to the Doll, @angelamaciocia for allowing me to train countless hours in the garage and for taking care of my nutrition down to the last calorie. Love you babe 🙏💛
