Life has actually been LIFE lately 😂 I’ve been working, enjoying myself, running, DJing and taking everything in. I can admit I haven’t been going as hard with the music as I know I can… but that’s about to change. Production getting turned ALL the way back up. ⚡️

And we got some special dates on the way:

🏃🏾‍♂️ 9/19 — Hit the Brixx 10K
🎧 10/3 — HUHS Class of 2016 10-Year Celebration
🏅 11/14 — Novant Health Charlotte Marathon — 26.2

Saturday’s miles never made it to the timeline, but trust me — WE STILL GOT ’EM IN 😂🏁

Still on the Mile-A-Day journey to the Around the Crown 10K. Day 9 was about showing up, getting the work done, and keeping this streak moving.

🏃🏾‍♂️⚡️ 4.28 MILES IN THE BOOKS!

I missed Days 6 & 7… so today I had some MILES TO MAKE UP. 😭😂

No excuses. I owed 2 miles, and I threw an EXTRA ONE on top as the consequence. Ended up pushing it all the way to 4.28 miles averaging 7.23 MPH. 🔥

The @AroundTheCrown10K is getting closer. I’m not gonna be perfect every day, but if I miss? I gotta make it up. ⚡️

Only had about 20 minutes to get the run in today, but that was more than enough.

1 MILE — 6:58. ⏱️🔥

No training partner today — just me, the clock, and the goal. Five days straight and the consistency is starting to show.

Every day until Around the Crown 10K 👑 — September 6th.

🐕🏃🏾 DAY 4/16 — MY TRAINING PARTNER PULLED UP!

Switched it up today and brought my dog with me for the mile 😂🐾

⏱️ Pace: 16:50/mi
🏁 Finish: 17:52

I genuinely thought we were out there for like 25 minutes 😂 so when I saw 17:52, I said OH WE MOVING! Not bad at all for a walk/run with the pup.

Expect to see more of my training partner during this challenge — he definitely keeps me on my toes. 😂🐕

16 DAYS until Around the Crown 10K 👑

A mile a day until race day — and on Day 16, we’re taking it all the way around the Crown. 6.2 MILES. 😤🏁

Right now it’s just about showing up every day, stacking miles, and getting a little stronger each run.

14 more training days to go.
Then… 10K TIME. ⚡️👑
