Have had a big mental exhausting day so the best way to clewt the mind was to head over to the local gym for a workout.

I must say it was pretty good especially only having 1 other person in the gym.

From 4:30am wake up n run to the office I then had to enjoy the long run home. Both runs were run in their own right.

Can't wait to do it again tomorrow 🤪

I may not have run the @bridge2brisbane today, but I certainly did cycle it for the for time ever.
Safe to say I will be doing this again and running it for training as well.

A nice little elevation with the bridge too.
