Back to my at-home practice rituals. 🖤🌙✨

When I first started working, I was so ritualistic about stretching and practicing at home before work. I was so ritualistic about so many things like, I would sage myself EVERY NIGHT before stepping foot back into my home. I would charge my outfits with crystals and intentions. I would HANDWASH and set intentions into my outfits. It was really pure magic how I went about my day.

Somewhere along the way, the other bitches in me took over: Starla, Erica, Alexandria, Dakota. I don’t even know who’s running the show anymore. However, they have all come together to create a new girl. Her name is Vanessa. She is not for the underworld, but she comes from the underworld.

These next few months are gonna be a Roxana–Vanessa collaboration. Vanessa is here to clean up the mess we made. Vanessa is particular about her routines, and she does not fuck around. This morning I woke up and couldn’t get this song out of my head. And when a song is on repeat in my head, it means it needs to get moved through the body. So that’s what I did. ✨

I sweated SO much, and now I’m tired and probably going to sleep like a little baby and have the sweetest dreams. 🥹💕

I’m super excited to get back to training with my professor @suwasit , who showed me that I could do this on the pole. Like… how epic. 🥹✨

I’m the type of student who really loves to stay in my comfort zone. In reality, I’m genuinely happy simply keeping my heels on the floor and spinning around the pole. That fulfills my needs -but I know it doesn’t fulfill my potential.

I know I can do more.

I just need to trust myself enough to take it to the next level. At this point, it’s still about building skills, of course-but so much of it is mental.
