You can do a lot in a lifetime
If you don't burn out too fast
You can make the most of the distance
First you need endurance---
First You've got to last...

Los Angeles! What a night🔥 Thanks to the awesome fans who came out, made noise, and shared videos and photos with us for an amazing debut show of @ellefsonsoto at @thewhiskyagogo 🎶

Major gratitude to the entire venue staff, and Skip, David and John for taking great care of us and the stage.

My personal thanks to the guys for inviting me to be part of their show and music. It was an honor to share the stage with the best - these guys are monster talents - check out the new album because it will blow you away💯

Finally, once again @bronsonguitarworks is a hero behind the scenes who always jumps in to make miracles happen. Can't thank him enough for all his support and help.

Until next time... 🤟🎤

Scottsdale Fashion Week officially kicked off last night and we had a blast at @thesennahouse followed by the afterparty at @barbambino - lots of cool swag - my favorites were the flower bar by @azflowermarket where you make your own bouquet (got gorgeous flowers for my daughter🌷), and the customized baseball caps by @shopluckyrose 😁

Imagine living through 100 years! This weekend I joined my best friend of 28 years and her family (which are my second family) for a monumental celebration of their matriarch, Virginia, otherwise known as Nana. She is the heart and soul of their family❤️

Nana was born before the transistor and penicillin were invented/discovered. She was married to the one and only love of her life when the U.S. was entering WWII. She saw the debut of the major networks, computers, cell phones and now AI. She had children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She has seen so much love and loss, but she has the strength and love of family and life that always keeps her moving forward with gratitude.

At 100, she is as sharp, graceful, classy and beautiful as she was when she was 50. It was an amazing celebration where I witnessed all the love shes given being reflected back to her as she was surrounded by those whom she's impacted the most. The highlight was the Mariachi (I always love watching these incredibly talented musicians) who performed some of her favorite songs.

What a blessing and an example of how to live. I dont think she's slowing down any time soon!

Had a great time and fascinating shoot and discussion with this absolute powerhouse couple who are truly making a difference in the world. Both are young, educated doctors - @dr.shanito is a family practice MD, and his wife @_drnadia_ is a licensed, certified Naturopathic Doctor. They view medicine and Healthcare from different angles yet agree on many core health philosophies and practices.

I had so many questions and the information and insight they shared really makes you think and see things from different perspectives. They were extremely intelligent and articulate and you could sense how passionate they are about what they do and truly caring for patients and investigating everything on a deeper holistic level to prevent illness and issues rather than just treat symptoms.

Anyone who's battled health issues recently like I have, or simply wants to optimize their health and longevity, will find this discussion to be extremely helpful and thought provoking. I'll share all the details when its released.

I love learning from people like this who think outside the box, but also work hard to truly understand and research things from all perspectives. They are rock stars in what they do.

Thank you FORD/Robert Black Agency - Modeling and Talent Agency, Scottsdale, AZ for this opportunity 🙏

P.S Dr. Shan plays guitar so of course I told him to do a deep dive on RUSH lol

Today marks 25 years since my first agency contract & 22 years since I signed with Ford - one of the best decisions I ever made in my career. Time flies!

I guess this confirms I’m getting old, but I’m grateful for it! I’m still here, still chasing and living my lifelong dreams, and appreciating the journey more than ever.

From the time I could speak, I wanted to sing, act, tell stories and entertain. I started in modeling, acting and commercial work, moved into stage, film and hosting, all while pursuing my deepest passion—music, singing and writing, which I now do full time. And, I feel like I’ve only scratched the surface. There's still so much to learn and do.

My very first job with Ford was the opening skit for Monday Night Football with Leslie Nielsen that aired worldwide. From there, it was a rollercoaster—hundreds of auditions, rejections and mistakes, but every success, friendship and laugh along the way was SO worth it. I've been surrounded and supported by so many brilliant and talented people, all who share their unique gifts to the world. It's the people that make it all so fulfilling and fascinating.

I’ve been blessed to work with and interview many of my favorite people in film, TV, music, sports and business—and I've done some weird and ridiculous things too, from petting an alligator, shooting a machine gun from a helicopter in heels, filming for days in the desert in 120° heat, injuring myself doing my own stunts, and walking the runway for a charity event at the Playboy Mansion. 😂 But my work also led to many charity projects, including my own calendars, that helped raise money and awareness for our veterans and others in need. That's the stuff that matters most.

Through it all, I was raising my daughter. There were times I wondered if I was failing at everything. But, seeing the strong, self-driven woman she's become makes me think I got the important things right.

Looking through my old photos makes me laugh and cry. I miss the friends who are no longer here, cherish those who still are, and question some of my hairstyles and fashion choices.

Thank u Matt, Sheree and the entire Ford team. Heres to 22 more❤️
