One conversation can change a life. I have watched it happen more times than I can count.
I was honored when author Kylie Montigney reached out to include me in One Conversation Can Change a Life, her new collection of stories and life lessons from over one hundred changemakers. What a night at the University Club at the University of Alabama!

Getting to talk about sorority recruitment in such a fun, lighthearted way with so many of you was truly special. Ellen Skrmetti, one of my dear friends, brought so much laughter to a topic that can often feel so serious, and the room was filled with it all night.

And we cannot forget Edward Moak, who was absolutely hilarious and got the room warmed up from the very beginning!

So grateful for nights like this, good friends, lots of laughter, and the opportunity to talk all things rush. by @rushwithconfidence

I’ve been having so many conversations with moms and daughters who are feeling disappointed after primary recruitment, and I want you to know that primary recruitment is not the only path to finding your Greek home.

There are still options, including COB, and at some schools, chapters are now welcoming more new members through COB than through primary recruitment.

COB can look very different from primary recruitment, which is why having the right strategy matters. At It’s All Greek to Me, we have the most up to date, researched information on navigating COB and we are here to help.
