The 2026 Ukrainian Disc Golf Cup is in the books! 🥏🇺🇦

I didn’t manage to get a good result this time - the course got the better of me. I learned a lot and hope this step back will give me a better run-up for what’s ahead. 💪

But the tournament left me with wonderful memories, emotions, a great atmosphere, and high spirits. And for me, that’s what matters most!

Thank you to everyone who took part! Congratulations to @booodyk on winning the MPO division, and to all the winners in the other divisions! A heartfelt thank you to the organizing team for a fantastic tournament! 🙌 by @ruslan.muts

Last weekend, it was a pleasure for me and our team @discgolf_open, from Ukraine, to take part in Romania’s first official disc golf tournament.

The Bucharest Open 2026 left us with wonderful memories. The organizing team @discgolfro did a fantastic job, the course was well prepared, and the fairways at @golfclubdiplomatic were beautiful. We enjoyed the atmosphere in our groups, meeting and playing with other players, and the incredible joy of @rumamuts victory!

We left Romania with a strong desire to return. Thank you to everyone who made this weekend so special! by @ruslan.muts

The 2026 WFDF World Team Disc Golf Championships left me with the warmest emotions and unforgettable memories.

True team spirit, supporting one another, sincere conversations, many hours on the road, careful planning, strategies for every match, and the taste of both victory and defeat - all of this made the event truly special.

Being surrounded by representatives of so many nations created an atmosphere that is difficult to put into words. After every match, we gathered in a circle with our opponents, thanked one another, and experienced the true spirit of the game. Sharing meals and spending time together - these moments will remain in my heart for a long time.

This was my first World Team Disc Golf Championship as a member of Team Ukraine, and I am deeply grateful to God and to the entire team for this incredible experience.

Thank you to every player on Team Ukraine! Thank you to all our opponents! And thank you to everyone who organized and supported this wonderful event in the very heart of Lithuania!

Perhaps these few photos can convey at least a small part of the unforgettable atmosphere we experienced. 🇺🇦🥏🌍

And that’s another celebration of disc golf behind us - 2026 Ukrainian Championship presented by Latitude 64 🇺🇦🥏 https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/106431

The tournament was full of great emotions and a little bit of stress 😄
There were plenty of reasons for that:

* I played in MPO;
* made it onto the lead card in the second round;
* was incredibly happy about my son @rumamuts ACE;
* during the final round and the additional 9-hole playoff, I found myself cheering and worrying more about Ruvym’s and @its_zhyravlik results;
* received an unexpected surprise from @muts_vitaliy my younger brother, who came and helped me as my caddie;
* and, of course, played a pretty challenging course that required concentration right until the very end.

But now it’s all behind us.

I thank God for this time, for the opportunity to play, for the people around me, and for another great experience. 🙏

Thank you to the entire @discgolf_open team for being by my side and helping me grow as an athlete. I truly believe that together, we will accomplish so much more in the future and continue making a meaningful impact on the development of disc golf in Ukraine. 🇺🇦🥏

I would also like to thank @booodyk and the entire Lutsk Disc Golf Club team for organizing such a great tournament!

As always, special thanks to @zucaeurope for always being there for me - in the form of an awesome cart that saves my energy and adds comfort to my game.

If anyone would like to purchase a cart or any other products from the https://www.zuca-europe.com/nl/ ZÜCA store, feel free to message me directly. I’ll give you a 10% discount promo code for your entire order.

Good luck, everyone! 🥏
See you on the fairways of Ukraine and around the world!

I had the opportunity to play at the 2026 Slovak Disc Golf Championships – Smolenice, and it was an unforgettable experience.

The historic castle, the tournament atmosphere, and the incredible organizing team made this event truly special. Thank you, @sonakudela , and the entire team for putting together such a fantastic tournament. There is so much to learn from the way you organize an event like this. I’m sure this won’t be our last time meeting.

A big thank you as well to Michal Šuran for the amazing photos!

Of course, throughout the tournament my ZÜCA cart was with me, making every round much more comfortable. Some of my favorite moments were sitting on my ZÜCA while waiting for my turn to throw, simply taking in the beautiful views around the castle. Those are memories I’ll never forget.

If you’ve been thinking about getting a ZÜCA cart of your own, send me a message. I’ll be happy to share my 10% discount code for all ZÜCA carts and accessories.

Wishing everyone great rounds, and I’ll see you on the fairways of Europe! by @ruslan.muts

Диск-гольф в Україні зростає — і цінності важливі як ніколи. 🇺🇦

Особлива сила з’являється тоді, коли партнерство будується на спільних цінностях.

ZÜCA — це про інновації, надійність і підтримку людей у русі.
Team OPEN — це про розвиток, спільноту і побудову майбутнього диск-гольфу в Україні.

Різні шляхи, але одна місія.

Ми не просто розвиваємо гру.
Ми зрощуємо лідерів.

Вдячний бути частиною Team OPEN та ZÜCA родини 🙌 by @ruslan.muts
