When you are doing well it’s easy to catch a “stray” or some hate from those who aren’t doing as well… the @alabamatwisters are doing very well with a great coach in @trapplegate10p …. they are looking to grab that team trophy in PGF Season 10 … hate on haters, we see you hating 😂😂 by @walo_jay

Friday nights at Ohm are my favorite.

People from all over Central Alabama converge into a single room.

It’s a tough room. We definitely throw it down, but there is also a ton of laughing, networking, technique sharing, life updating, and all the rest.

Of course we all love our coaches.

They show up. They believe in us. They make a lovely cup of tea.

But every now and then you get to learn from the PGF champion and the most decorated Coach in PGF history.
