Recently rediscovered this tea towel, when unpacking a box in storage. Tatting captures my attention and my imagination again and again.❤️ Vintage German linen with tatted edging, years ago I tatted the edging directly onto the tea towel. I think I love it more now, then I did when I made it... Do you ever do that? Revisit something later on, only to be surprised that you made it, and to fall in love with it like it was a new and beautiful discovery?!🤗

On a roadtrip in search of Ghost Towns in the Pacific Northwest, and found this lovely antique, tatting adorned, gown. Maybe nightgown or christening gown? Tatting surprises me everywhere I go. What a happy surprise! 😊

If you love history and/or ghost towns check-out the town of Molson, WA. It's a wonderful, wild, out of the way place. ❤️

Tatted button medallion pattern coming soon! This little project is quick and fun, with so many uses: sew medallion on clothing/accessories, use as earrings or zipper pull, necklace pendant, pin/brooch, etc. Change the look up with button type/color and thread color. Lots of ways to make this your own!
