This one is for those who believed...🫡
Went from middle distance racing back to short in less than a month. Carried zero expectations into this and surprised myself with a good showing at the National Championships. 👍
Happy to say I put together a performance I can be proud of. Stoked to share the NTC supersprint podium with the @ntuaquathlon boys, and to top it off, managed to finish in 5th position for the NTC sprint as well.👌

I would like to thank all the support rendered to me, from coaching @triathlon.singapore to @chewyiheng_ for getting me back into the sport.
@wheel_angel @saltify.me @levelupbytf @iamjonfong for keeping me race ready, and lastly my friends and family for having my back.

Thank you @triathlonassociationsingapore @singaporetriathlon for hosting such a great event!!

P4 for my second ever OD @trifactorasia Asian Champs.
Led the chasers off the swim, poor transition had me burning a lap to get back to the pinoys.
Got working with the chasers but burnt a little too much when @reddymateo came blasting by on lap 2...with nothing left to give, had to Solo TT and set a best ever hour of power.
Closing it off with a subpar run fighting cramps at 4.10 pace. Rating this a solid 5/10 effort. Definitely up there as a painful one but more lessons learnt and on to the next.
Thanks trifactor for putting up such a great event.

FISU world university champs🌎. Second and last time racing this event and the swiss put on a show🇨🇭🇨🇭.

Did my best for the individual as well as the MTR. Overall, very happy with my performances across the board and met all my process goals. Saw huge improvements especially in the swim (with the help of @chanclydi) and one step closer to being good at this short-course thing.

Special thanks to my parents for flying all the way down, teammates, sponsors and @triathlonassociationsingapore @susc_singapore for the opportunity. Merci @fisu_triathlon for this one last dance with the strawberry team🕺 taken in Nyon,Switzerland by @rustleekz

A year ago, I approached @chanclydi for help to improve my swim to stay competitive in draft-legal triathlon. With the swim standard in triathlon getting higher, we knew we had to make changes if I wanted to continue elite racing.

10 weeks ago, I got the confirmation that I was heading towards another world class field in the WUC triathlon. To give myself the best chance possible to stay in the race as long as possible, I adopted an aggressive 10 week block to FTS (fix the swim), hoping to minimally hit a 4.45 400 freestyle.

Whatever the result I can give on race day, I am at peace knowing for the past 10 weeks I did whatever I could to maximize my chances in staying in the race for as long as I can. I would like to thank my coach @chanclydi and training partners @yijun.tey @_shengkai._ for another good block of training in the bank.

Saturday mornings with @onesports.sg 👜
Stacking sessions have never been easy but these deodorizer bags allow me to seamlessly transition between disciplines, keeping my used run clothes fresh while I head to swim and vice versa. My favourite has to be the bubble gum scented bag.
