for as long as i’ve been alive, i’ve been in love.
but the past year in particular, my love reallyyy stretched beyond oceans and borders! so so blessed to have people i love that will always be worth the travel, no matter how far.

2025: this year has been full in ways i couldn’t have predicted <3

not without grief. not without growth. but filled with joy, community, and the unmistakable presence of God throughout it all.

it’s not hard to stand back and feel awestruck, a little dumbfounded, when you can see His hand over everything – from the hardest days to the big celebrations to His quiet mercies.

i’m writing this feeling incredibly loved and deeply grateful, realising that somehow i’ve been sitting in answered prayers.

and i know this is only the beginning…

Happy Mother’s Day! 💐 This time of year always brings up a lot. Grief is strange – it doesn’t follow a timeline. Some days feel lighter. Some feel just as heavy as that very first year.

I made this to give space to what I’ve been feeling and let some of what I’ve been carrying out in the open. It’s raw and honest. It’s part of my healing. If you’ve ever walked through loss, I hope this makes you feel a little less alone.

There’s a quote I heard a few years ago that’s never left me: “What is grief, if not love persevering?”

I know now that, in all its difficulty, grief is just a boundless, continuous outpour of love – for someone you can’t physically be with anymore. As said in the video, my love for my mum is “24/7, all year round, without end”; it’s a lot of grief to carry, but I’m grateful to have that love & told her constantly whilst she was here.

With five years approaching this April… here I am; still loving, still remembering, still moving (just as my mum would want) 🫂💌

we’re so back!!!! i love my little life here and it doesn’t feel like i’ve spent any time away, bar the missing familiar faces i cherish so much! everything and everyone has been an absolute blessing – i’m so excited to see what else is in store! (please remind me i said this during exam season 😅)
