✨I will always say it with my whole chest & will never stay silent when it comes to injustice. ICE raids, families being torn apart, and people living in fear of being separated from their loved ones will never sit right with me. These are human beings, not just headlines. These are mothers, fathers, children, our own neighbors/friends, and hardworking people who deserve dignity, compassion, and to be treated like human beings.

✨I will always stand with my community, speak up for those who are being targeted, and use my voice when something is wrong. Just because something doesn’t directly affect you doesn’t mean you should turn a blind eye.

✨Silence is not neutrality when people are suffering. We need more compassion, more humanity, and more people willing to stand up for one another. Our community is stronger when we stand together! ✊🏽

No human is illegal. Keep families together. ❤️

✨September was filled with growth, lessons, and gentle reminders to slow down and appreciate how far I’ve come. I’m learning to give myself grace, trust the process, and keep showing up even when things feel heavy. My cut off game from people, places, and things that no longer serve me have been at an all time high. Protecting my energy & peace.

✨Grateful for everything this month taught me, the lessons I’m carrying forward, and the people and moments that helped me through it all. Thank you God! 💖🥹🫶🏽🙏🏽

✨Zip lining during @amigasymassocial SUMMER CAMP with @lalizgmxpr for her first time was definitely one of the many highlights and memories made that weekend! Yes, I’m TERRIFIED of heights but I always push myself to do the things that scare me. Because sometimes the most growth, self-confidence, and satisfaction comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Do more of what scares you. I promise you, it’s worth it EVERY-TIME! . 🙌🏽👏🏽

✨ OFFICIAL NEWS: MY BROTHER IS CANCER FREE. My stories saw it first hehe 🙏🏽💙🥹🙌🏽

✨Back in June my brother underwent surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from his liver, and today I can finally share the news we’ve been praying for: his surgery was successful, and he is now CANCER FREE! 🥹🙏🏽

✨This journey isn’t completely over and has been so difficult for my family, myself but especially for my brother. He still has more chemotherapy treatments ahead of him, and we’re taking it one day at a time. But today, we are celebrating this victory. If it wasn’t for the amazing bond my family and I have, I would’ve lost it a long time ago. We are always there for the good but especially the bad! 🥹

✨With the grace of God, keeping our faith, and every single prayer, message, well wish, and person who kept my brother in their thoughts none of it went unnoticed.
THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. 🙏🏽

✨My brother beat colon cancer in 2023, and now, in 2026, he has beaten liver cancer. Two battles I wish he never had to fight, but two reminders of just how powerful God, faith, love, strength, and perseverance can be.

✨This year has also reminded me just how precious life truly is. I lost one of my favorite uncles to cancer this year. So many people I love and so many people I know have been affected by cancer in one way or another.

✨ Thank you to my amazing clients for being so kind, understanding, and accommodating as I’ve adjusted my schedule for my brother’s appointments and chemo. Through it all, I’ve learned: stop waiting for “someday.” Life is happening now. Hug your people tighter. Take the trip. Make the memories. Say “I love you.” Forgive. Laugh, dance, take the pictures, and do what makes your soul happy. 🤍

✨Today, I’m choosing gratitude. 🙏🏽
Gratitude for my brother.
Gratitude for another chance.
Gratitude for every prayer.
Gratitude for every lesson.
And above all, gratitude to God for carrying us through the moments when we didn’t know what the outcome would be.

✨If I could tell my younger self one thing, it would be: ALWAYS be AUTHENTICALLY and UNAPOLOGETICALLY YOU.

✨For so long, I dimmed my light and held myself back because I was afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or seen as “too much.” But eventually, I realized I was only doing myself a disservice.

✨I’m not for everyone and I’m finally okay with that. You don’t have to like me, but you will respect me, my boundaries, and the work I’ve done to become the woman I am today.

And if you can’t? My cut-off game will do the rest. 😂✌🏽

✨Healing taught me that protecting my peace isn’t being cold or a b****, it’s finally choosing myself. 💖

Introducing the inaugural Amigas Summer Camp Class of 2026. 🎀🏕️✨

What started as a little dream of creating the summer camp experience for Latinas became something more beautiful than I could have imagined.

For one weekend, we got to be girls again. We made friendship bracelets, stayed up late, tried new things, laughed until our stomachs hurt, cheered each other on and created the kind of memories that remind me exactly why I started Amigas y Más Social.

And none of this would have been possible without the most incredible team who poured so much love into every detail, and the amazing sponsors who believed in this vision and helped us make camp extra special for our amigas. 💗

To every woman who took a chance on our very first year: thank you for believing in this little dream with me.

You will forever be the first. 🥹

✨Rest in Peace, Dolly Parton. 🖤 🤍
There will truly never be another like her.

✨Her music and her words have carried me through some of the hardest moments of my life. The way she lived, what she stood for, what she believed in, and the kindness and purity she shared with the world are qualities I aspire to embody every single day.

✨I’ve always asked myself, “What would Dolly do?”
And somehow, that question has gotten me through more than she’ll ever know.

✨Grief really does slap you in the face when you least expect it. Just when I thought 2026 had thrown enough my way, here we are. I know I’m not the only one mourning the loss of someone who meant so much to so many.
