Please tell me you were as obsessed with this song and this movie as I was. I wanted to be a coyote ugly bartender so badly. 😆 So here’s my take on getting dressed: we all have to do it. Throwing on some fun striped pants and a few accessories takes the same amount of time that putting on leggings or sweats would. I love a date night, for obvious reasons, yes (how nice to be able to finish a conversation with my husband!) but also as an excuse to pull out the big guns with my outfits. I’m not one to save the good stuff. I wear the velvet robe to school drop off, I wear head to toe white linen with my kids. But- there is a different element at play when it’s just us adults, going out to eat at places without kid menus. I’ve always loved playing dress up, and this is no exception.
