TRICER-QB

September elk hunts consists of moving slow in steep dark timber. A glassing opportunity is scarce, but there are times you can see into the timber on an opposing slope. That is when having a lightweight tripod and a bino adapter come in handy!

My go to timber set up is the Tricer AD Carbon Tripod paired with the Tricer-QB! This set up is easy to forgot you are carrying it! I have spotted multiple bull elk in steep timber using this exact combination!

Good luck to all archery hunters! May your arrows fly straight!

Product: Tricer AD Carbon Tripod, Tricer-SP Hybrid Ball + Pan Head, Tricer-QB Bino Tripod Adapter

It is almost that time of year here in Colorado, where the August reps turn into September blood trails. May God give you all the wisdom and safety this year, have a blessed hunt!

BRUSH GUN

What do you carry in the field against nature's predators? I love my .45 ACP 1911 on a drop leg holster!

Heading into the mountains this morning for first season rifle! There is a fresh coat of snow, and the people I am meeting up with are on elk! Excited to see how this weekend goes!

TRUELINE

Glassing steep timber with open pockets, hoping to catch movement.

One of my favorite advantages to digiscoping is the ability to gain some extra magnification through the phone. This helps identify animals at a farther range without packing in big glass!
