⚽ Youth sports are stronger when a community gets behind them.

Behind every practice, game, tournament, and opportunity for young athletes is a community of people who believe in giving kids the chance to play, grow, and compete.

For Rogue Valley Timbers, community support helps make player development opportunities, scholarships, and club programming possible.

It’s an investment in more than soccer. It helps create opportunities for young athletes to build confidence, learn teamwork, challenge themselves, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

We’re grateful for everyone who continues to support youth soccer in the Rogue Valley. It takes a community to build a strong club, and we’re proud to be part of this one.

⚽ Show Respect

Show Respect is one of the core values that guides Rogue Valley Timbers.

We show respect to our teammates, opponents, officials, coaches, parents, and the game itself.

For players, that means being on time, being open to coaching, caring for equipment, and honoring opponents, referees, and fans.

For coaches, it means leading with honesty and respect, while accepting officials’ decisions without argument.

For parents, it means supporting from the sidelines without coaching, allowing players and referees to do their jobs, and appreciating the time and effort our coaches give to our players.

When we respect everyone involved, we create a positive culture where players can grow, compete, and enjoy the game. That’s how we strengthen the Rogue Valley Timbers legacy, together.
