2025 was a year a book that challenged my heart in ways that I’ll never forget !but none the less i give the most thanks for getting me through it 🙏🏾
(Long post !)

# 1. I woke up one day, packed up everything , said my goodbyes and decided to start over again!. Yea i know i just be doing stuff lol but in the midst of grief, stagnant, angry and sense of losing myself, God spoke and removed me from where my soul no longer served a purpose. The 4 years of me living in the DMV has been nothing but thankful from the personal growth , in my career as a hairstylist (the reason i moved and DID exactly what i said i WILL do! PROUD OF ME😌), living on my own for the first time ever as a little girl from charlotte who never left her parents house! lol learning and unlearning life ,the challenges whew i can go on ! But i met some amazing friends who got me through it all I’ll forever cherish that 🫶🏾🤞🏾. On to a new start and new state!

# 3. I fully said YESSSSS 🙌🏾 and I’ll keep saying yes over and over because man!! I literally couldn’t have made it through 2025 without GOD. I know i can be stubborn and hardheaded sometimes but i sat , listened and put God first. Im still learning, growing and healing he still working on me but THANK YOU GOD A MILLION MORE TIME🙏🏾🫶🏾

# 4-7. Started gaining my weight back, feeling myself again! These are just my favorite looks of the year.

# 8-9. Yea i changed my hair again but thats nothing new (will Rady grow her hair back this year!? Will she keep the dark hair color!? Only lord knows ) 😌

First and foremost i would like to thank the most high because without you nothing would’ve been possible nor would i be here writing this right now, Lord i thank you and worship you with all of me.🙏🏾😩

Now i would like to thank my myself , for taking a challenge to do something everyone down plays , i would like to thank myself for the times i second guessed my career when it got hard af at school but i didn’t give up , for the tears i cried in silence and crying myself to sleep in my books , for the times i failed and stood back up , for the times it got real lonely in my journey and the friends i dropped on the way and for the patience i had for doing 3 years in the wrong field and still keeping hope that i will be a cosmetologist one day and here i am !

Yes i did it , no i didn’t go to a 4 years university and didn’t get a bachelors or masters (ain’t nothing wrong with it ) but baby my field , my career ain’t for doctors , lawyers and engineer or whoever to understand!.Throughout my journey i got told “cosmetology school ain’t real school “,” you won’t make money in that field “,”cosmetology isn’t that hard “ but baby let me tell you there are a lot of people who went to school in those fields and they NOT doing anything with it . BEING A COSMETOLOGIST OR COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL IS JUST AS HARD AS ANY OTHER FIELD OR CAREER!. Don’t down play it until you Step in our shoes . HUGE S/O TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED ME AND PUSHED ME YO BE THE BEST ❤️❣️💕

Being a doctor, a lawyer or whatever wasn’t for me but COSMETOLOGY IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE FOR ME AND YALL NEED ME !!! Lol but I did it !!! and I’m going to make the best of it it watch me !
