[ About YAMAS ]

To my sweetest little bloom.
Always, always you 🤍 by @rvenskaa

Like a flower unfolding in its own time, so is the practice.

Yoga has witnessed every version of me—the woman I was, the mother I’m becoming, and everything in between.

This International Yoga Day, I’m honoring the gentle reminder that growth doesn’t need to be rushed.

Just breathe. Trust. Bloom 🌸🧘🏻‍♀️✨

I’ve been practicing yoga for many years, long before I became a mom. Back then, it was a space for growth, strength, and self-discovery. Today, life looks very different. My days are filled with tiny giggles, endless cuddles, feeding sessions, and the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

There are seasons when I practice less, move slower, or simply find myself prioritizing my little one over time on the mat. But yoga has never left me. It has remained a quiet presence in the background, patiently waiting, reminding me to breathe through the busy days and stay grounded through the changes.

Motherhood has taught me a different kind of yoga—one that lives beyond poses and flows. It’s found in patience, presence, surrender, and unconditional love. And when I return to my mat, I do so with a fuller heart and a deeper appreciation for the practice that continues to support me through every chapter of life.

I am a mom now, but I am still a yogi. And I’m grateful that yoga continues to walk beside me, helping me find balance, softness, and a way back to myself✨

Before flowers bloom, they root, rest and gather strength. Maybe postpartum is that season for mother too🌿 by @rvenskaa

The river flowed, the bowls sang, and for a moment, everything felt exactly as it should. ✨🌊

My first comeback class after a long hiatus — and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful return. Namaste mba @heniciwa & mba @gitaqueens 🙏🏻
