‘Live streaming an execution is deplorable’
Welcome to reality.

We live streamed the initial bombing of desert storm on network television.
Every September we watch anniversary broadcasts of the same guy diving out of a tower.
We searched LiveLeak to watch cctv footage of people creatively removing themselves from the gene pool.
In the Middle East a firefight is literally a spectator sport in many areas.
Nobody watches hockey as closely as when a fight breaks out.
NASCAR is just rednecks turning left until someone goes into the wall.

The ATF has made some clarifying statements on how they will be handling NFA (or formerly NFA) items for the time being.
Their statement does not say ‘we recognize the new injunction. ‘What it says is ‘we will not enforce our statutes.
Each American citizen should be making the best decisions with the most information they can have. Remember, if they can vote to make it legal and $0.00, they can vote to make it illegal for a price again.
From the ATF’s own FAQ section, it offer the following:
“Future Risk
What are the legal risks of making. possessing, or transferring SO-tax firearms?
Material changes in legal or factual circumstances could cause NFA enforcement to resume. For example, Congress could impose a new tax on NFA firearms, the district court’s injunction could be dissolved or overturned, or the Department could rescind the enforcement guidelines.
The NFA treats unregistered firearms as contraband. Individuals who make, possess, transfer, or receive unregistered NFA firearms are subject to felony penalties and forfeitures. 26 U.S.C. §5 5861, 5871”

In the time between, it is our duty to make these items as “Common use” as we can. This is my feeling, not legal advice.
To those that would like to spout rhetoric, like ‘only free men ask permission’ I offer this
Many folks that like to make that statement from the comfort of their keyboard also use language involving a boating accident they never had.

Well this was unexpected. The ATF has decided to speak on a topic we all hold pretty highly.
The NFA status change is a huge thing. While many shops were already transferring suppressors on 4473’s many were waiting to hear the ATF’s official statement. That statement came out a few hours ago and it’s official, the boogy man has decided to let Freedom Ring.

Two minutes you’ll never get back, but a lesson no one ‘wants’ to teach you.
The same dudes that will tell you ‘one mind any weapon’ are the same guys that will tell you how to set up your firearm according to their preferences. ‘Do this’ or ‘that’s the wrong trigger’ become a selling point for a product you probably do not need. Simply because they’re right and every other course you have taken in your training journey is wrong.
These are the monkeys that will critique every nuance of a video you posted, assuming you have their level of experience, when you don’t or their technique is better than the one you are using, without knowing the set up of your drill.

Go train. Take advice, but ignore useless comments.
