12 weeks photo shoot done and dusted, amazing working with @photoartsbyjay photos are unreeeal, mindset change and a hold onto any cravings i had to now enable me to be put through a sick bulk by the best coach in th3 business @coachedbychristian

Would do it all again happily once my bulks been a success💪🏼😆 by @rwlcoaching__

1st week post shoot done and 1st week of reverse done, i can honestly say i am in the best mindset and my love for the gym has grown ten fold

The 12 week challange has done alot for me given me confidence that i can actully get very lean, got me into the best shape that ive been in but also got me to have some control over my food and any cravings i once had have totally gone

Bring on more weeks and months of focused minset and putting 100 percent into gym and my diet BRING ON THAT BULK!💪🏼 by @rwlcoaching__

3 years ago i signed up with @coachedbychristian lost in my way not a clue about food or diet drinking alcohol and going to away games where id be drinking all day, first pic is 3 weeks into being coached by him and was with a ex for 5 month on this pic which lasted 2 1/2 years, even after signing up with christian i followed the plan he give but due to bad habits and my ex not being one for healthy eating & different to me and liked to drink i struggled to get any progress

Funny enough since being single and being able to do my own thing and having stopped going to away games packing in alcohol and following the plan to the letter the past 12 weeks have been a doddle hard lessons have been learnt and money has been wasted by me not doing as my coach says so remember anyone that has a coach dont think the odd sweets or odd drink or pringle wont hurt and your coach wont know your just wasting ur money

Couldnt recomend christian enough to anyone who wants a coach and heres to many more weeeks month and years coached by the big dog, bring on birmingham honestly cant wait

Ps Bin your shitty diets ie slimming world they dont work!!
