Working on a dueling tree modification featuring a two paddle design . The post is 20” . Feet are 24”. Breaks down easily for shipping. This target can be used for plinking fun, the terminal target in a stage, or a stage itself using different diameter paddles. It will be on sale in November. Pricing to be listed as soon as materials finalized. Need to do a little testing . Let me know what you all think. by @rxtargetsystems

16 weeks ago I began rehab with Comeback Performance, a Denver based Physical therapy functional movement and strength and conditioning group, on a torn rotator cuff (7mm partial thickness tear in the supraspinatus tendon) on the dominant right shoulder . I have avoided surgery and am on the path to regaining strength while continuing to improve mobility in the shoulders and back . I can finally stand in this quarter turn without straining the shoulders and mid back to hit the pose. It’s a progressive overload and it’s working . Still a ways to go but I’ll get there. by @rxtargetsystems

Upgraded the eyewear with new specs and shades from Costco optical. Arnette for the specs and Oakley for the shades. My vision actually improved over last time. Must be all the chicken and rice. 😂 by @rxtargetsystems
