Oh, you thought you’d seen the last of us?! 😏

… Officially introducing The Rounsaville’s! 🎉

March 28, 2026 was everything we could have hoped for and more.

Perfect weather. The sound of the string quartet floating through the ceremony. The people we love most gathered in one place. Every smile, every happy tear, every hug, every prayer—it all made this day unforgettable.

For a few hours, the world slowed down, and we got to stand in front of our family and friends and promise forever to each other.

Jordan, getting to marry you was the easiest “I do” of my life. You’re my best friend, my greatest blessing, and my favorite person to do life with.

To everyone who celebrated with us, prayed for us, traveled for us, and loved us so well—thank you. We will never forget it.

And just like that, forever officially begins. ❤️

Everybody meet Dash 🐾

The newest member of the Rounsaville family, rescued from the SPCA and officially home. Been with us a few weeks now and already runs the place. Safe to say we’re obsessed with the little dude.

Welcome home, Dash 🐺🖤

This is what it’s all about! 🙌🏼

Real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes. Helping someone find the right lease deserves the same level of attention and service.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or leasing, my goal is always the same — make the process as smooth as possible and make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way.

Grateful for the trust and the kind words. Thank you for the opportunity to help! 🏡

🏡 FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS! 🔑

This one was really special. I’ve known Stephanie since junior high — she’s the older sister of one of my best friends — so getting to help her and her husband Brian buy their first home all these years later was pretty awesome.

They officially closed today on their beautiful new construction home in Redden Farms! 🙌🏼

Thank y’all for trusting me to be a part of it. Couldn’t be happier for you guys and this next chapter! 🏡🍾

And remember, if you’re buyin’, call Ryan 📞

Postcards from our honeymoon — only about 3 months late 😂🇨🇷

La Fortuna, Costa Rica 🌋

Zip lining through the rainforest, ATVs in the pouring rain, mud masks, adventure hikes, wildlife everywhere, hanging bridges, hot springs, coffee tours, World Cup matches, incredible food, and some of the nicest people we’ve ever met.

Safe to say we packed a LOT into 5 days 😂 But the best part was getting away together, celebrating our marriage, and being wildly in love in one of the most incredible places we’ve ever been ❤️

I can’t lie… 80’s REALTOR® Ryan kinda goes hard 🔥

Not saying I’m growing the mullet… but I’m also not saying I’m not. That drip is timeless 😎

Anyways — the market’s changed a little since then. If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just want to know what your options look like in today’s market, give me a call 🏡🤝

….But real talk, should I put that license plate on my car? 😅🚗

If you’re buyin’ call Ryan 📞

#2 IN THE FORT WORTH OFFICE 🏡📈

August officially marked my best month in real estate since getting into the business — and landed me in the Top 3 in our Fort Worth office for the second month in a row!

Of course, the one guy standing between me and #1 was @ryanebersole17 😂 Ryan was one of my first mentors in this business and has become a great friend and someone I still look up to and learn from.
Not a bad guy to be chasing.

July: #3
August: #2 📈

More than anything, I’m thankful to the Lord for continuing to bless me with the opportunity and ability to do this. I’m thankful for my wife Jordan always being in my corner, and for every client, friend and referral who continues to trust in me.

Best month yet. Let’s keep it rolling. 🙏🏻

From Colorado ➡️ back home to Arlington, TX… and officially FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS! 🙌🏻

I’ve known Derrick & Brittni since our early college days, so getting to help them move back home and buy their first house was a pretty cool full-circle moment.

We closed Friday, they made it into town this weekend, and I got to stop by yesterday to officially welcome them HOME! 🏡🍾

From friendship to homeownership — couldn’t be happier for these two and their next chapter! 🥳

C L O S E D & F U N D E D 🏡🤝

📍 Rockwall, TX

This one definitely had its ups and downs.

Plenty of negotiations, moving pieces, and a few moments that tested everyone’s patience — but today, we officially made it to the closing table. 🙌🏻

I’ve been working with Will for over a year to find the right place for him and his fiancée, Meagon, to call home and raise their animals. We finally found it — 5 acres within the Rockwall city limits for under $1M, below appraised value, with $15K in seller concessions, AND I was able to negotiate for them to keep all of the furniture in the house. 👏🏻🏡

Will & Meagon — thank you both for trusting me throughout this process. I couldn’t be happier for y’all and the life you’re going to build here.

House secured. Now y’all can get back to planning a wedding. 😂💍

Congratulations, y’all! 🏡🐴

“You bring heaven down to me, course it through my blood as I breathe.” - ZB🤍

Happy birthday to this angel. At 396 months old, she’s still as sweet as she looks. 🥳

This past year, we promised each other forever, explored Costa Rica, laughed until we cried, and started building a life that somehow keeps getting “moe betta” with each passing day.

Thank you for always believing in me, cheering me on, and reminding me who I am when I lose sight of it. You’re my biggest cheerleader and the one who keeps my feet on the ground while encouraging me to chase every dream.

No matter where life takes us, home will always be wherever you’re standing.

And before anyone says it—yes, I included the blinking and “hair did” photos on purpose. It’s called range. 📸😂

Happy 33rd birthday, Lil P. I love you more than you could ever imagine 🤍 by @ry_rounsy
