Words can’t quite explain how I really feel about today, but if I were to say anything, I would just like to deeply thank all the family and friends that have always put their faith in me and keep continuous support in my journey in this beautiful sport. It has truly been a long and hard road to get where I am today as a BJJ black belt, and I am nothing but eternally grateful. To all the coaches and training partners that have helped along the way, I cannot thank you all enough. To @sunshinerecanati thank you for always taking care of me and being by my side, as I will always do the same for you. You’ve truly treated me as a brother and a true friend. To Nicholas, you may have never thought that little kid with a bowl cut would ever make it to black belt, but just know that you were a true inspiration to that dream I’ve had for so long. And to that little boy that always wanted to make his own way in this sport, I hope I made you proud for what lies ahead for your future. Once again I can’t thank everyone enough for all the support I’ve received throughout these past 11 years. Onto this next chapter of this journey. A bit of a late post but these past couple of months have been a blast. Was given the opportunity to fly to Colorado and take a BMT lineage seminar and also just spend the weekend enjoying my time out there. Following up last month I was able to enjoy and celebrate my 21st with people I keep close with and love. And to end it off I received my purple shirt in the BMT system. Eternally grateful and appreciative of all the people in my life and can’t wait to see what lies ahead for me ⚔️ by @ryan_ameral

Last night i made a huge step in Jiu jitsu, and got to experience my promotion with all the people i love and care for around me. I am so eternally grateful for the knowledge and experience I’ve gained not just from the Jiu jitsu I’ve learned, but as well the important life skills I’ve made with all these people in this facility. I want to thank all the people that have trained with me and helped mold me into the person I have become today. Again thank you everyone who’s trained with me, and this is only the beginning of a huge chapter! taken in Xtreme Gracie Jiu Jitsu by @ryan_ameral
