Jesse David Weeks changed our family forever on Monday morning, December 11th at 2:10am. It’s already impossible to imagine life without him. He is a gift of grace, a delight to his sisters, and an incredible joy to his mom and dad.

Jesse means “God exists.” Back in March Ryan had a dream that he would become a father of 3, and we felt that Jesse was called into existence by a Heavenly Father. Our prayer is that there would never be a day when he doesn’t know that his God exists and that he was born into the family of the people of God. by @ryan_c_weeks

The sweetest, most unexpected gift.

In the last year, we’ve wondered if we were “done” having kids, or if there was one more meant to join our nest.

We were on the fence, and truthfully, we’ve loved our sleep, our time, our money, and the freedom we had with just two kids.

But then one night Ryan had a dream. And everything changed.

It felt like God was inviting us into a story bigger than our comfort zone, bigger than our current limitations, and bigger than our fears.

So here we are. Baby BOY coming in early December.
