Enjoyed some exploring this weekend. Got a good look at the 1880s foundation of Greeter Homeplace. Old construction leaves many clues and an opportunity to see what does and does not stand the test of time. What do you notice? by @ryan_clark_116

Life will challenge you. There will be sorrow. There will be joy. And there will be everything in between. The seasons will change. People will come and go. Success will visit. Loss will too. Through it all, one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself—and others—is the courage to honestly say: "Yup, that's me." Or: "No, that's not me." When you can do that, life may bend you, but it won't break you. You remain whole. From that place, you can grow. And that's exactly what we're here for. by @ryan_clark_116

🇺🇲 10 things my time In the Infantry and the Iraq War taught me.🏅 1. Consistency and Persistence create Opportunity. 2. Gratitude for the little things gets you through the hard times. 3.Get comfortable failing; it often paves the road to Success. 4. If you're learning, you're winning. 5. Do things for the Greater Good, Yours and Others'. 6. Life is not an Individual Event. 7. Trust others and think for yourself. 8. Being on the up-and-up keeps you up-and-up. 9. The battle is won long before the fighting starts. 10. Go the extra mile. by @ryan_clark_116

Had a great time helping Coach Alex Roberts at Art Palmer's School of Isshinryu. Tons of enthusiasm for championship kickboxing. Lots of hard work and a few moments where coach really got to demo why it all works! by @ryan_clark_116
Beginner tip. When feinting with the front foot keep your weight 40/60. Keep your head away from those punches and kicks too. Finally, keep your right foot in place. It will let you get back out of the way and still be in position to strike. Later, can add the jab feint with it. Read their reaction to your feint....do they kick, punch, back up, where do their hands go etc. by @ryan_clark_116
