When I look at these photos I honestly have no words. I am so happy & extremely proud of myself. My whole life I struggled with issues with self-worth and value and this last past year I really had to ask myself why? And one of the biggest things that showed up was that I constantly attached myself worth to what I could do or achieve or what I looked like physically….. but you see none of those things had to do with my heart, my spirit and who I am as a person… that’s why no matter how many things I did or achieved or how much makeup I put on I still didn’t feel good enough I still didn’t feel like enough in general. It was when I started to tap into my heart again and realize that I was always valuable and worthy just because I am me and not for any other reason. I am simply valuable & worthy because I exist. I am real. Living breathing beauty, pain, joy, sadness & everything in between. I honestly hope everyone in this world can find this truth within themselves again.. that is my wish. 🦋

Last year, I spent my birthday in Boston, only to be sick and spending the day in the hotel room doing absolutely nothing. This year I canceled my trip because I spent today being sick and busting out a fever around 103. I need to do better! Boston is the only place I want to be right now and for the rest of the week.
