7.5 months From barely finishing 4km to a sub 5hr marathon. 1 decision and letting the rest take care of itself. This was big. Hopefully a reminder that to my future self that you can just do hard things. And that one positive domino will knock down bigger ones. It’s been great to be a proper beginner and just commit to figuring it out as I go. Thanks for all the help and support along the way, it means the world. Especially in those moments of doubt and injury, you carried me through xNow to get back to a basic schedule and decide what’s next :) by @ryan_mcg_
