I had the opportunity to work with Paul Harrell for about a year while moonlighting at a small clinic for underserved youth early in my dental career. He worked as my assistant which seems so silly considering he was so knowledgeable about so many things. I had the privilege of receiving one on one training from him while shooting many of the guns seen in his videos. Back in those days his dream was young and we spent most of our time at work discussing interesting video ideas. Since then he put in the work and grew his channel to share his knowledge with millions around the world. He believed in me and encouraged me to buy my own office. His faith in me inspired me to pursue my own career goals. Rest in peace buddy and thank you for everything. by @ryan_millet_dds

Started a YouTube channel. Mostly to let my kids learn to make videos. I added the first video in my followcam series I'll be doing all bike season. If you want to see where I spend 90 percent of my time biking check out the first video of our local trails.

Today was a good day. Smashed a goal I've had for almost 6 years. It's crazy how much humans can accomplish when we commit ourselves to do something. All it requires is time, commitment, energy, and effort. taken in Black Rock Brmba by @ryan_millet_dds

Black Rock Oregon. I'm so proud of my boy today. He is such a great climber and has an awesome attitude. He took a few crashes today like a champ. 9 years old. Many great years of riding to come. by @ryan_millet_dds
