Had a killer time shooting the @indianasniperseries match this weekend with my buddy @bburnette214 who I hadn’t seen in a decade. Despite it being his first team sniper match, we still pulled out a 3rd place finish, but Brandon had to get an early start on his 8 hour drive home. Huge thank you to @ottercreeklabs and @otter_dump for the support. #tugehits by @ryan_o_ky

Shot the inaugural @precisiongasgun match this past weekend @ridgeline_defense newest facility. @travisdyess put together a killer course of fire, and @raise.a.little.kain shot her first match on the clock. One of the biggest issues I’ve had this year has been tripod supported standing. I was doing something different or down right SWAG’ing the set up process, grabbing whatever whenever hoping something worked better than the last time, etc. Today I did 15 reps of full build and break every shot, replicating the same set up method, and support hand placement. 5x on each of @thecadre.training Chaos tripod targets. Got a little better each target, culminating in the best tripod group I’ve ever shot on slide 3, the “E” target. Not saying I have cracked the code by any means, but I would encourage folks to find their deficiencies and start working on them rep by rep till you can move on to the next one. by @ryan_o_ky

I ran @thecadre.training Chaos drill twice today for the first time. Both runs are fails as I had one out on tripod standing in run one, and two out trying to go too fast the second attempt (I shaved off 40 seconds and you can hear me trying to control my breathing in the video as a result lol). Enjoy some atrocious gear management in the third slide video. This drill is a lot of fun and humbling at the same time. I’ve already diagnosed two major areas that need work in two passes. Definitely give this one a try if you want a single drill that will give you feedback across a wide range of skills. by @ryan_o_ky

@ranger_panties and myself blasting down @marathontargets movers on the final stage of the @kinetic.comps team match this past weekend. @accuracyinternational AXSR was hammering with @eagleeyeammo 300 PRC. @zerocompromiseoptic tracked perfect all the way out to 1,480 while giving me feedback with the glass clarity. @ottercreeklabs Infinity with the proto extension tamed down even the magnum, and the Trinity M I got from my good buddy @rhytec_industries kept me stable all weekend. Took the @eagleeyeammo 300 PRC out to 1,506 today to true up the BC. Ended up using the G7 over the CDM and not having to touch it again. Rain was coming in fast so didn’t get to shoot as much as I wanted, but once again you can see how consistent this stuff is in relation to the waterline after I got the solver set up. And @veracitysolutions has the best zero targets out there for anyone shooting in mils (aka the smart ones) for free on his website you see in the second pic. Thanks to @raise.a.little.kain for the great picture and videos. Enjoy me totally whiffing it on an empty chamber in the video. by @ryan_o_ky
