Dang we hope you’re ready! First up in our new batch of Who’s Who at BRX is Ryan @ryan_onlycooler Seifferly who’s coming back this year on his Surly Midnight Special for his second @blackrocksbrewery Barry Roubaix! The thing he’s most looking forward to after the race? A cup filled with that cold apple pie! Anybody else looking forward to that too?

We’re humbled and honored by those of you who’ve taken the time to fill out The Who’s Who form (link in bio). We’ll be sharing more of these in the upcoming weeks, so if you’d like to fill out the form, we’d love to highlight more of you! Thank you Ryan for sharing your story with us! We can’t wait to see ya in April, we’ll have that pie chillin on some snow till then 😂

The competitive part of the year is coming to a close for me. Last year threw lots of hurdles my way so I set my goals a bit lower this year, mainly to complete two races and 1500 miles. With four races behind me and ~1700 miles so far, I’m feeling pretty satisfied.

Now it’s time to switch gears (ha) and start cranking out (ha) some of the music you’ve ever heard by @ryan_onlycooler

I have a million things to say about how great our week in colorado was, but I’ll just start with a picture of us feeling incredibly happy after hiking to the summit of Deer Mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Most of our pictures are on disposable cameras, so I’ll be sharing more soon. by @ryan_onlycooler

I was incredibly happy to make it Cow Pie Classic this weekend.

I started the week with a minor hand/wrist injury and ended it with pretty severe stomach pains. I probably wouldn't have gone without the motivation from @nicolerreich and @mikecasperrr but I am glad I did.

I ended up having a blast! The course was great. 34 miles in just over 1:48, and I actually crushed a bunch of PRs, ending up 7th in my age group.

Just go do the thing.

Thanks @robmphoto for the great shots by @ryan_onlycooler

Had the privilege of playing a cover show with friends at the Masonic Temple. We decided it had been 19 months and 4 days since I’d been on stage, and longer than that since I’d shared it with them. it felt great to be back! Thanks for having me. by @ryan_onlycooler
