✌🏼Out 2024, you taught me more than I could imagine. Ready to smash 2025🤩

Key takeaways from 2024:

-Show up for yourself and be consistent. You will never be productive if you aren’t taking care of yourself first. I noticed my relationships got stronger and I felt a lot happier and confident once I started taking proper care of myself. It takes time.

-Parenthood was chaotic at first but I finally feel grounded in being a father now. There’s always a lot of changes in routine and lack of sleep etc, but I’m learning to trust the process and not let these times slip away from me. This helped a lot.

-Double down on yourself. Try that new hobby. Take that risk. Start going to the gym. Do whatever makes you happy. Life is way too short to not be doing things that fill our cup.
