I’ve had the chance to see New Found Glory live so many times over the years, from Warped Tour to countless tours, but getting to VIP, meet the band, and experience soundcheck at the Roxian in June 2022 for the 20th anniversary of Sticks and Stones will always stand out as one of my favorite memories.

At the time, none of us could have known how much life was about to change for Chad just a few months later.

Watching this video now hits differently. Seeing him up there doing what he loved, surrounded by music and fans, knowing everything he would go through afterward, makes this memory even more meaningful.

Through the cancer, surgeries, treatments, and everything else, Chad continued to fight his way back to the music and the stage for as long as he could. He gave so much to the music he loved, and that music became a huge part of so many of our lives.

I’m really grateful I got to experience this moment and make a memory I’ll never forget.

Rest peacefully, Chad. Thank you for the music, the memories, and everything you gave to your fans. ❤️🎸

Had a fun day at the @pghzoo with sis! Unfortunately…the new lion cub Kiazi was not very sociable today, so we’ll have to try another day. However, alot of the animals were very out and about! 😁🐘🦏🦓🦒😎

✨ Also while in NC, Had a great visit to the Latimer House, a beautiful 1800s Victorian home in downtown Wilmington! Loved learning about its history, and Doug was a fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable tour guide. Definitely worth the visit! 😊
