THE NOMADS TEASER #1

A idle window of opportunity amidst a world torn in two. As the walls close in, an impossible choice bares it's teeth. The guarantee of safety, a seat at the table of those who rule by force, or the uncertainty of defiance to march the road less travelled. The only guarantee being, is that the streets will run red. But who's rouge red, will be poured and shed?🩸

I’m over the moon to finally share that Where We Meet—the immersive performance I co-direct, choreographed and perform in—is heading to @jacobspillow in the US! 🌍🎉🎉

A place that holds so much history and love for dance… and now we get to bring our work there😍

To be invited as both choreographer and performer as part of their Dance & Technology program is truly a dream come true.

Over the past years, I’ve been working side by side with @clemencedebaig_art , co-artistic director and lead creative technologist of the project (and artistic director of @unwireddancetheatre that produces the work).
Together, we’ve been shaping and refining this work with care, dedication, and belief.

It hasn’t always been easy, it took a lot of resilience, trust and mutual support.
But it was so worth it.

A gentle reminder: Keep showing up for what you believe in, even when it feels hard. If it feels right in your bones, trust it. It will happen. 🫶🏻

Well done to all of us, and thank you from the heart to everyone who has contributed to this project over
the years. This moment is for you too. 💛
