THERE WILL BE MORE TIME is live now🎶🎶

This EP has been a lil holiday project of mine to showcase a few beats that have been fleshed out through 2024. I was feeling pretty existential with how fast things have been moving (but also how stagnant theyve been) recently, so the title is just a little reminder that not everything has to happen right here, right now, immediately. There will, in fact, be more time for the things you want to happen.

Track Order:
Travel Space - a sonic journey integrating chopped up keys, jazz guitar, and atmospheric foley sounds I've managed to record throughout Cape Town and Australia during my holiday.

But Not For Me - a reinvention of an old jazz standard that I grew fond of during my studies at UCT. It's a blend of a typical lo-fi style combined with interesting jazz guitar chord voicings.

It'll Be - A bittersweet piece serving as a reminder of how important it is to surrender and let go.

Happy listening🍃🍃

From touring the country
To being broke
To learning the grind of my first proper job
To leaving that job for the choice of new beginnings (with the chance, of course, of being broke again).
You never truly know what's going to happen until it does.

I've been away from the socials for a while, but in that time, there's been plenty to be grateful for, and this is my little way of keeping that in mind.

To those I haven't seen or spoken to in a while - I hope you're doing good. I look forward to connecting again when the time is right🍃 by @ryan_stopforth
