What a night!

Thanks for all the kind messages and thanks everyone for tuning in. This was a long time coming and I said at the start of the year that me even applying this season was a win in my book.

I really appreciate the support over all the years and here's to many more still to come.

My website has shirts available if anyone is looking for merch and I'm on Cameo / take requests for video messages 🫡👍

Long post below:

On Sunday, July 5th, I was baptized in Florida by my good friend @bergstrom.dad

For the past two and a half years, we've talked almost weekly as I've explored my faith, and I'm incredibly grateful for his guidance throughout this journey.

This wasn't a decision I made quickly. I wanted to make the choice for myself after studying Christianity, looking into its history, examining the evidence, asking difficult questions, and applying Jesus' teachings to my own life.

My search for truth began during one of the lowest seasons of my life. After leaving my coaching job in Colorado and later struggling with depression after moving back to the Southeast, I found myself searching for purpose beyond my identity in American Ninja Warrior and coaching.

I explored several worldviews and philosophies but none of them have brought about the amount of peace I've experienced from Christianity.

To everyone who's answered my questions, challenged me, or simply listened over the past few years—thank you.

Getting baptized isn't the finish line for me; it's the starting line. I'm excited to continue following Jesus and growing in my faith.

If you'd like to chat about my journey or yours, my messages are always open.

20 seasons

2 filmed back to back

19 will air sometime in summer 2027

20 in 2028 which likely means season 21 wont film until that summer as well.

After taking season 17 off it was nice to be back although the vibes are drastically different from years past.

Lots of reflecting out there and the days after its done over my 16 seasons on the show.

The wait to share how things went in the quiet months after all the glitz and glam has passed tend to be the toughest for me.

Until then if anyone asks all you'll get from me is a "Wait and see!"

It was great to see some old faces and make some new friends. See yall down the line 🫡

Back at it!

Grateful for another shot to compete on @ninjawarrior for Season 19.

See y’all in a few weeks 💪

Last few #insta360 shots from #barbados

Snorkeling is my my favorite thing to do outside of the ninja competition. Definitely don’t have the lung power I did when I was a lifeguard way back in high school 😂

Also the cave down the beach from The Crane is one of my favorite spots but we went at a rough time that made it a bit tricky to get into lol

See y’all there next year! by @ryan_strat

Grateful

Another amazing trip out to #Barbados for the 10 year anniversary of the @barbadosninjathrowdown

Life is pretty wild. Taking it one day at a time and enjoying the ride.

I had the honor to co-commentate with the local broadcast team again and big hats off to Digangi and Hunter for pulling off the filming / streaming of the event on @ninjasportnetwork.

Im looking forward to next year already! Hope to see familiar faces and many new first timers on the island next time 🇧🇧👍
