We survived our first ice skating session ! Made it through without falling which is a first for me ! Jon took to it like a duck to water whereas I look like Bambi on ice still 😆 Definitely going back though, got the hang of it by the end ❤️ by @ryan_taity

Not my usual gym progress post at least but this one I'm proud to post ! Started last year off with 26.1% body fat and I set myself a goal to reach 20% body fat by the end of 2025. Measured again at the start of 2026 and I'm starting the year on 19.7% body fat ! 😍 I didn't think this was do-able for me, especially since the way my brain is wired, which usually gives stuff like the gym up very very quickly. But it has remained one of the constant things in my life this year and has given me good stability and motivation! I want to take the time to thank all the people who have helped make it possible and pushed me to try new things when I'm reluctant to do so because it's shaping me and my overall goal ❤️ by @ryan_taity

I'm not one to be comfortable or confident usually with posting about my body - as don't usually like the way I look. But I took some progress photos last week and for the first time in a long time I've felt happy with how I'm starting to look 😊 Perseverance is key and I post my workouts to my story, to hold myself accountable if I lapse and it comes back up in memories a year later :) by @ryan_taity
