Let me reintroduce myself.

My name is Liv, and this little studs name is Max.

I'm a personal trainer at @awakeninsidegymvb

I've lived in VB since 2013!

I graduated from ODU with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. I have 10+ years of training experience.

My current certifications include:

ACSM Personal Trainer

NASM Women's Fitness Specialist

Precision Nutrition lvl 1

When Im not at the gym, I enjoy being outside in the sun and, of course, at the beach. I love anything that involves movement. Hiking and running are my favorites.

Max is my little best friend. He enjoys being in the gym and being social. He loves to jump and play with toys. Little trainer in training.

Awaken Inside, the gym, is a 1 of a kind premium facility. Membership gym with a private gym feel. The equipment is top-notch, and the facility is maintained better than I have ever seen.

No membership required to work with a trainer, but you're gonna want one. It's more than just a gym. It's a family, a community, and a 2nd home to anyone who comes through those doors.

Dm me for a FREE consultation.

I love working with people to help show them their true potential. Fitness is more than physical. Liv-ing fit is mentally, physically, and emotionally, and we have all the tools here to help you excel in every area of life.

It's day 1 or one day, you decide.

Sheeeeeee moveeeeeed!

We got our new home to where she's gonna be parked for a bit! Yayyyy

Ran into an electrical issue at the pedestal though....ut-oh!

The guys are trying to fix it now!

Here's to hoping its a quick, easy, and inexpensive fix.

We have a little less than 2 weeks before we need to be fully moved in!

🍯👨‍🍳 MEET THE BAKER, pt 1

The tiniest member of the Honey Bear Bakery team!

This is Max — our official taste tester, dough mixer, and sprinkle enthusiast. He keeps morale (and the flour count) high around here! 💛🐻🥣

He's the whole reason Honeybear Bakery exists. This business is more than just baking bread, we're making the most important memories. 💕
