My guy @dariyonne has consistently been putting in the work in the weight room🏋🏻‍♀️and on the field 🏈 We’ve been able to add some lean muscle mass w/o losing speed or quickness. His progress in just 10-12 weeks of training has been ridiculous to say the least. Can’t wait to get back in the lab and hit this offseason grind to push it to the next level😎

Happy birthday to my beautiful wife @_lexi_shay_ 🎉🎂 Thank you so much for all that you do for not only me, but for all of our kids as well. Taking them to practices and games, making sure they’re always fed (which is easier said than done), always being a warm loving presence, and for making our house into a home. I love you very much and hope today is great day and one to remember💙🤟🏼

P.s. Don’t be mad at me for the pictures, I wanted everyone to see the “Many sides” of you that I get to love and appreciate 😁😜🤪💙 by @ryanb23_training

Lower body strength/Power:
Trap bar high pull Jump 5x2
Box squat 5x2
1 Leg RDL w/ hip flexor drive 3x5
Step up jump 3x5
Straight leg/ Bent Leg calf raises 3x8 (not shown)

Trying to tap into that “dad strength” I heard so much about growing up 💪🏼. Time to get in the best shape of my life because why not🤷🏻‍♂️. Goals are set and time is ticking! Let’s work😈💪🏼🏀🤘🏼

About a year ago, I got the opportunity to train these 3. Each of them had already had success at the varsity level and had already had individual success in terms of awards, recruiting, AAU etc. They each had their own specific goals, individual and team, that they wanted to accomplish in the upcoming season. It’s safe to say they did that, and then some. Watching them accomplish those goals, and then some, this season filled me with pride and after some games, had me teary eyed lol I got to see first hand all the hard work you guys put into honing your craft. The days where you were sore, tired, out of it, and just flat out didn’t wanna do it but you did it anyway. This is what the results of it all was for, and I can speak for everybody when I say it paid off!! I’m beyond proud of you and I love you guys like family. I cannot wait to see what the future holds. But in the mean time, time to get back to work. The next chapter is right around the corner, and we’ve got more work to do😎🤘🏼🎒

Back to back dominant performances by my guy @bennett_kayser1 dropped 37pts tonight along with eclipsing 1000 career points. A lot of early mornings, 2 a days, and 1 on 1s lead to this point and I can’t wait to see what else is in store for this season. Can’t wait to get back in the lab with you and @myles_mont10 this spring/summer 😎🏀💪🏼 by @ryanb23_training

Just a few of the highlights my guy Westyn Ratliff has had early this season. Westyns an 8th grade RB and LB at West Middle School who I have had the opportunity to train since his dad, Joshua Ratliff, brought him in 3 years ago. We wanted to improve his strength, footwork, Acceleration/Deceleration, and ability to make specific game like cuts without losing speed.

The improvements he has made from just last year to this year have been nothing short of incredible. He’s been able to improve in every area that we set out to tackle this offseason. The sky is the limit for this kid at the next level especially if he continues to work and improve at the rate that he’s going.

Working on playing lower to the ground and quickly changing levels. Can never go wrong with some basic ball handling either🏀
