So I re-recorded my opening night set from Naked in the Trees and we went full chaos gremlin.

Someone told me this was the best set they’d heard all festival season which is insane to me. However it was such a confidence boost to hear and I have thought about it every day since.

We started techy, then it got a bit weird, then a bit bouncy, then a bit feral, and then… well… it gets a bit filthy in the last part. Things escalate. We got stoopid. Someone definitely took their speedos off and threw them at me (I may have also been whipped on stage). This whole set was absolute fucking vibes. Thank you to everyone who got down and absolutely silly with me.

This set is for having a good fucking boogie and getting absolutely silly.

Chaos at full throttle.

10/10 would do again.
Please enjoy responsibly (or don’t) 😈🪩😈

The Naked world parties and Naked in the trees will always hold such a special place in my heart!

Set is live on Soundcloud now!

So I just released a new mix , Zoomies Mode, the latest chapter of Astro’s Playground. It’s fast, messy, and completely unhinged in the best way possible. Think full-throttle energy, zero restraint, and pure chaos on the dancefloor. This one’s all about that playful rush, the moment you stop caring, let go, and just move. Strap in, Astro’s off the leash.

🔥 PERFORMER ANNOUNCEMENT: ARDON ENGLAND & RYAN BORNE 🔥

We are VERY excited to welcome ARDON ENGLAND & RYAN BORNE to Pride After Dark. The hot duo play the headline set with live vocals.

ARDON- One of Aotearoa’s most exciting Māori, queer electronic artists. ARDON is known for his fearless energy and unapologetically queer, explosive live performances. His powerful vocals and high-energy dancefloor chart hits such as ‘I’m that B*tch’ and his EP, ‘WHAI MAI RA’ hit #5 on the Top 10 Te Reo Māori Singles Chart. Building a powerful reputation, he has just been featured in August’s ‘Rolling Stone Australia’ magazine.

RYAN- The queer Kiwi DJ bringing sweat-soaked chaos to Tāmaki Makaurau’s dancefloors. Moving between house, tech house, and techno, his sets are driven by pace, pressure, and control of the room. From The Naked World to Blackout and SIR, he’s known for locking in a crowd and pushing it further. Ryan builds pressure, cranks the tempo, and lets the floor do the rest.

Things are about to get sweaty on the Pride After Dark dancefloor!

Two Million Windows

A little teaser of what we made last weekend :)
We entered as a duo and drew "The Family Movie" as our genre. It didn't turn out to be the usual family movie, but we did make something that moves.

Premiering during the @48hoursnz heats at Covert Theatre, Sunday 23 August, 5:45pm.

Doors will open 15 minutes before screening.
