“Men look to be of service; Males look to be served.” @alldondre @FarrsBest

From helping setup vendor booths and the generators to watching the kids play WWE inside of the kiddy jumper everyone had a blast. Community is very important and the culture you create is vital to empowerment in our underserved communities. I was reppin’ my FARR’S Best hat everywhere and got asked many questions on what it stood for and how others can get involved. That is why I took the time out to volunteer for my friend Olympia opening the first Low-Cost Organic Grocery Store in South Los Angeles @suprmarkt right down the street from Nipsey Hussle’s The Marathon Store. I enjoyed the Seeded Watermelon Juice from @lacoconutman, the single scoop of ice cream from the first hip-hop ice cream shop @allchillinc, the food from big bro @comptonvegan, free food from the Chef inside the Grocery Store which was Jalapeño Cornbread, Potatoes and Broccoli with Cashew Lemon Garlic Aioli and black eyed peas. @thenationofislam providing security for this event and the dedication of service they provided was unbelievable. Do more for others and you will ultimately live a life of great satisfaction!!!

Inversions, Obliques and Abs. My WHY is becoming stronger when I focus on my internal. Thus, the external becomes null and void.

Serving looks and all the vegan nom noms @veganstreetfair 2022 after a new PR @longbeachmarathon. I got to experience @cenavegan carne asada nachos for the first time and even saw @jonnaethequeen after a few years. Then you know i had to come support the vegan DJ duo @djmikesincere killing it and keeping the vibes rockin.

Such a great day at the Long Beach Marathon. I have successfully completed 3 marathons and am humbled and grateful each time i get to run. Proud of everyone from the @roseparkrunningclub who ran as well. I even had another PR of 4:40 as my fastest time. Each time i ran i have improved my time. The self love is at an all time high. Stay present, DOMINATE! Now, off to @veganstreetfair for a bit and even after the marathon i had to go to @miyokoscreamery truck for the free pizza and nom noms! Until the next one. Let’s fucking GO!!!

All core workouts today was interesting and beautiful. I have never done a hour session of just all abs. Talk about taxing the core! If you want to get those abs, DO THE WORK!
