Mirror made me 🙎‍♂️|🙎‍♂️.

Took this @tobiasellehammer choreo 3,000 miles back because I had to get this down. Definitely not perfect but feels a lot better now than it did drenched and confused in class.

This month marked my one year after rupturing my acl, tearing my meniscus, and spraining my mcl. I don’t like to boast but wanted to take this post to acknowledge the growth I’ve made. I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported my journey, it has been far from easy. I’ve pushed myself past limits mentally and physically this year that i would think were impossible a year ago. 2hr pt sessions, constant doubt about not getting back to where i was, feeling like dance was on pause. Throughout all the many struggles, I’ve learned patience and determination I never had prior to this injury. I truly have found my joy for dance in a completely knew way and I’m excited for what’s next. #dance #hiphop taken in Portland, Maine by @ryancausey_
