Today I am two things. 34 years of age and really fucking proud to announce my next EP on my hero @erisdrew’s new label @ecstatic_editions_23 🍃🍄🌸

Eris is a legend and someone who will be remembered as one of the best to ever do it, and to be lucky enough to know her as a friend and to work with her on this is truly something impossible to put into words 😵‍💫 There’s no better steward for this project than Eris fucking Drew. I’m still fully geeked that she even asked me to do this!!

If you know me you know how much I care about music and community and everything that makes being a producer and DJ so fulfilling. I really hope that positivity and joy and connectedness are the emotions that shine through these tracks because that’s the vibe I was going for. This is undoubtedly my best work and a lot of that is because I wanted to deliver something really special for Eris. Why? Because she practices, preaches, and embodies all of the above. The attention and intention she puts into her craft is out of this 🌎🌍🌏 and I wanted to make her something she could feel good about rocking out across the globe. I hope I was able to accomplish that 🥹🥹

To everyone that’s reached out, left amazing feedback, rinsed the record, thank u so so much 🙏🏻💕 I’ll post up some videos on release day.

I want to extend a special thanks to the king @aliberger.dr5 for his mixing work across this project. While I’m able to mix my own stuff, he’s added an entirely new level of detail to my music that come with years of experience that I do not have. I’ve been working with Ali on my last few releases and he’s really helped me bring out everything I want to hear in my music. Thank u, brother!

Another huge shout out to @thelumpiestbun for the incredible artwork. You’re one of my favorite artists and the record looks absolutely insane thanks to you 💥

A huge huge thank you to @alex_jones_hypercolour and @chris_spero_1980 for believing in my stuff and helping me push it out 💌 🌐

Another huge 🙏 to my friends @daycart_ & @wig.wam_ at @stream_informer who have really been the key supporters of my music since I got started with production. They rinsed "Was It Real" during their opening set for KETTAMA at @elsewherespace and it was the first time I had heard it on a big system 🧠🔨

And where would I be without homies like @no_4mat and @sheepshead__ taking my tunes global? Seeing shit go off in Tokyo and Berlin will always be crazy to me 🤯🥺 Thank u thank u.

In typical fashion, I completely forgot to post that my first record on wax dropped last week via @artsrecords!!

This is a huge milestone for me, and it feels really good to accomplish a goal I set years ago when I started learning the ins and outs of music production and engineering.

First and foremost, this record wouldn't have been possible without the help of my friends who have tirelessly listened to my demos, given me feedback, and helped me grow.

It wouldn't exist without my homies who rinsed these tunes when they were ready for the club. @_kettama sent me a video of Disrespectful going off in Ireland and helped me realize I could actually do this shit. I think if @kellen303ny had an actual dubplate he may have worn the grooves out. Emmanuel would have never signed this shit had he not heard Disrespectful in a @No_4mat mix. Plenty more people to tag and thank but my fingers might fall off. Ya'll know who you are.

I think a lot about why I came to NYC and why I wanted to sign and manage bands, and I think at the center of it all, those activities made me feel involved and kept my real feelings about wanting to be the artist at bay. So, I'm really happy to have arrived at this place, and I'm excited to keep sharing my music, because this is what I always wanted to do.

🌀CHECK THIS OUT🌀 21 years of throwing Learning Secrets parties is an absolutely wild thing to think about. The LS of 2026 looks very different these days, but in whatever form I’m stoked to be able to still be here doing it. Come hang next Saturday Jan 31 in the Coconut Club Lazer Pit.
