Still trying to process last night…

Britney Splace

Founded by Ryan Karlsson and Josefa Berg. Britney Splace is a female queer-owned and operated concept store built around a simple idea: giving beautiful things a second life.

We carefully curate a selection of second-hand fashion, homeware, curiosities, and art. Everything is handpicked, everything is pre-loved, and everything is offered at fair prices.

Much of the focus is on carefully selected pieces that are well-made and handcrafted. There is no fast fashion, only one-of-a-kind items.

We believe second-hand shopping should be enjoyable, accessible, and full of unexpected finds.

If Lizzie McGuire had opened a vintage store, it might have looked something like this.

Every item in the shop is washed, cleaned, and ready to use. Our vision is that you should be able to put on an outfit the moment you leave the store, no hassle. And if you happen to find a complete dinner set, it's already washed and sparkling clean, ready to be used straight away.

You'll find us at Mitt Möllan in Malmö, alongside three other second-hand businesses. Together, we're helping build a destination for circular shopping, where locals and visitors alike can spend time exploring independently owned stores under one roof. Hi tourist hiiiii! Come find us!

We also believe that physical retail still has an important place. While many people are moving their shopping online, we wanted to create a space that's worth visiting. Somewhere you can slow down, browse without pressure, put a record on the CD player, flip through a book, try things on, and discover things you weren't necessarily looking for.

We believe that thoughtfully curated spaces, personal service, and real-life experiences really matters. And that second-hand shopping is at its best when you can see, touch, and experience everything in person.

Between us, we bring years of experience in retail, sustainable fashion, and visual merchandising. We've worked as store managers and retail professionals in Sweden, London, and Frankfurt, and Britney Splace is a natural extension of everything we've learned along the way.
