I’m still coaching high school lacrosse, running Jr and Sr Muskies box lacrosse, playing whatever I can, running all these teams and own a lacrosse business and that’s just all on the side. You could say I can’t get enough of it, but with a little guy on the way, I’ll soon be making some changes. Just taking a moment to thank lacrosse. The Medicine Game has given me so much over these past 20 years and little did I know that picking up a stick would drive so much of my life, relationships and happiness (and stress) and I wouldn’t change a thing. I hope the little dude wants to play, but if not, I hope he finds something that brings him as much joy as this game has brought me. I appreciate you all I’ve met along the way.
Edit: I’m not leaving KM, just have too much on my plate lol

The Coach Spotlight series continues with Ryan Cynkar, KM Boys Head Coach! This DeForest graduate (Class of 2008) played for the Sun Prairie high school co-op before continuing his playing career at Carthage College. Ryan still plays for the Mad Cow LC and the Milwaukee Muskies, and doubles up as the Manager for both! In his 15th year of coaching, Ryan has been the Head Coach for Kettle Moraine since 2022. He was the MALA Assistant Coach of the year in 2013 for DeForest and in 2015 for Sun Prairie and most recently the Classic 8 Coach of the Year in 2023 and 2024 for KM! by @ryancyn

2024. What.a.year.
Roadtripped and lived a month in Utah 🏂
Bought a duplex and replaced everything 🏡
Bachelor party in TN/KY 🎉
Got married 💍
Honeymooned all over Maui 🏝️
Started a company 💰
Coached a bunch of lacrosse 🥍
And got to spend it with the best family and friends and WIFE I could ask for
On to the next.
