Now that I'm outside of Caracas, it was only a matter of time before I got hit with the infamous power outage or water outage. And my first day in Maracay, I got hit with a double whammy! 🇻🇪🫩 I don't make this video with any political intention. Simply showing the reality that many people live with day-to-day outside of Caracas. I love this country and am grateful to be traveling here!

Every day I get messages about how I obtained my visa and how long it took for the approval. Honestly, I was one of the first people to apply for this visa early this year when it became available. Now there are thousands of people a day that are applying. The requirements have changed and timeframes have changed, so truthfully I wish I could help everyone but you just have to apply and hope for the best! 🇻🇪❤️

This year, in May and June, I was fortunate to visit this beautiful city and country. I stayed in multiple different apartments around Chacao, so I wanted to see which ones withstood the earthquake. Three months have passed and there is still so much damage and buildings that need major restoration 🇻🇪❤️
