BJJ National Masters 2026 - Hard work pays off. Gold in NoGi, Silver in Gi, but more importantly building skills and never giving up (epitomised by my new mate Nick showing you can still grapple at 75!) Massive thank you to all the savage training partners at @shoremixedmartialarts Huge shout out to @combatsportsvisuals Great shots! A special mention to two life long martial artists that I look up to every day @richard.shore and @djbjj100 great men that I aspire to be like, thank you for all your effort and time with me and the boys. taken in Wolverhampton, England, UK by @ryanedwards2945

Had a great time watching & shooting the @tygrapple_cymru inter club. 🥋

Highlight of the event was the tag team match main event with @lewiskinsella1 & @ryanedwards2945 taking the win. 🥇
