Melbourne Marathon - 2:58.14

The most underdone I have been going into a race, but we got it done. Past 8 weeks I’ve only done a race half and a 25k as my long runs after battling some injuries. Safe to say the only reason I didn’t blow up was the foundation of strength and conditioning Locals Gym has provided over the years
